Job Description
We are a busy, fast growing independent dealership and service center looking for an experienced Service Manager / Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who can diagnose, repair, manage workflow and communicate clearly with customers.
- Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles with accuracy
- Manage daily service workflow and technician scheduling
- Communicate repair needs, timelines and estimates to customers
- Maintain shop organization, safety and quality standards
- Oversee parts ordering, returns and inventory control
- Requirements
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to manage a service department independently
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
