In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills will be vital in keeping our customers on the road with confidence. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced tools to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle components including engines, transmissions, powertrains, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and steering systems. Execute oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and wheel balancing to optimize vehicle performance. Repair and replace critical systems such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brakes, and diesel engines with precision and efficiency. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to disassemble and reassemble vehicle parts while adhering to safety standards. Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and mechanical failures. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and recommending maintenance plans to ensure vehicle longevity. Qualifications Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair across various makes and models; dealership experience is preferred. Knowledge of automotive diagnostics software and schematics for efficient troubleshooting. Hands-on experience working with GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus. Skilled in diesel engine repair, auto body repair, welding, and auto estimating processes. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, alignment procedures, suspension systems, tire service, shocks & struts. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance machinery safely. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by excellent customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction. Join us in delivering top-tier automotive service!
