Duties Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs with precision and efficiency Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately using specialized tools and equipment Execute repairs including brake services, alignments, tire replacements, and mechanical adjustments Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components Assist with vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications Support sales efforts by explaining repair needs and recommending additional services to customers Handle heavy lifting safely when working on larger or heavier vehicle parts while maintaining proper ergonomics Qualifications Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong foundation in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge Prior mechanic or service technician experience demonstrating proficiency in vehicle maintenance tasks Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment is essential Knowledge of automotive systems including brakes, suspension, steering, and engine components Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during various repair procedures Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs Valid mechanic certification or relevant automotive training preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quick, quality automotive care!
