Summary As an Automotive Service Advisor at Central Auto Group, you will be the key point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction while effectively managing service operations to uphold our commitment to quality. Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs promptly. Provide detailed estimates for repairs and maintenance services based on customer requests. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and follow-ups. Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional services required. Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer's vehicle performance. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Stay updated on automotive technology trends to provide informed recommendations. Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in an automotive dealership setting. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes. CDK & X-time experience a plus. Hyundai, Volkswagen and or Mazda experience a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Ability to provide accurate estimates and manage service orders efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record-keeping. Familiarity with dealership operations is preferred but not required. Mechanical knowledge is a plus to better assist customers' needs. Pay:

$58,800.00 - $130,000.00 per year
