Position Overview D'Addario Buick GMC Cadillac is seeking a skilled B-Level Automotive Technician to join our service department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of automotive repair experience and strong knowledge of diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures. GM experience or GM certifications are preferred but not required for the right candidate. This position is ideal for a technician who can perform repairs independently, efficiently diagnose common vehicle concerns, and is looking to continue advancing their technical skills in a professional dealership environment.

Salary:

Flat Rate Available. For Hourly positions $25-$40 based on experience. Responsibilities Include Perform vehicle maintenance and repair work on GMC, Buick, Cadillac, and other makes as needed Diagnose and repair brake, steering, suspension, and cooling system concerns Perform drivability diagnostics and routine electrical troubleshooting Complete engine performance repairs and maintenance services Conduct factory-scheduled maintenance services Perform tire services, alignments, and battery replacements Utilize diagnostic scan tools and manufacturer repair information effectively Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings accurately Communicate repair recommendations and additional service needs to advisors Maintain repair quality and productivity standards Follow all dealership, safety, and manufacturer procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in ongoing training and certification opportunities Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of automotive technician experience required GM dealership experience or GM certifications preferred Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good time management and organizational skills Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Health care benefits, including dental and vision options Basic life insurance policy 401(k) with company contribution Paid factory training Paid ASE certifications (with passing grade) Sick pay and vacation time Flexible working schedule with overtime opportunities available Saturday lunches provided A friendly, team-focused work environment Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities Why D'Addario Buick GMC Cadillac?
