Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated B Level Technician to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on automotive experience while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available.

Salary:

Hourly Rate $20-$40/hour

Sign On Bonus:

$2,500

Responsibilities Include:

Performing routine maintenance: Oil changes Tire rotations Brake service Fluid exchanges Battery replacement Handling moderate mechanical repairs: Suspension work Steering components Water pumps Alternators/starters Radiators Basic engine repairs Diagnosing common problems: Check engine lights Electrical faults Drivability concerns No-start conditions HVAC issues Using diagnostic tools: Scan tools/OBD-II systems Multimeters Service information software Conduct basic multi-point vehicle inspections Identify and report any safety concerns or needed repairs to service advisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow dealership and manufacturer service procedures Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive repair and maintenance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus , but not required Valid driver's license and clean driving record
