8am-5pm Mon.-Wed., Fri., 8am-7pm Thurs. 8am-4pm Sat. Flexible full time schedule offered

Position Overview D'Addario Nissan is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of automotive technician experience and strong diagnostic and repair skills. Nissan certification is highly preferred but not required for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, team-oriented environment with continued factory training, competitive compensation, and advancement opportunities. Responsibilities Include Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on Nissan vehicles and other makes as needed Accurately diagnose drivability concerns, electrical issues, and mechanical failures Perform brake repairs, suspension work, steering repairs, and cooling system services Complete engine performance diagnostics and repairs Conduct transmission and drivetrain inspections and repairs Perform factory-scheduled maintenance services Utilize diagnostic scan tools and manufacturer service information effectively Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings thoroughly Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance needs to service advisors Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Participate in ongoing training and certification programs Qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of automotive technician experience required Nissan experience or Nissan certifications strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and certifications Health care benefits, including dental and vision options Basic life insurance policy 401(k) with company contribution Paid factory training Paid ASE certifications (with passing grade) Sick pay and vacation time Flexible working schedule with overtime opportunities available Saturday lunches provided A friendly, team-focused work environment Long-term career growth and advancement opportunities Why D'Addario Nissan?
