If you take pride in accurate diagnostics, clean workmanship, and working on high-quality vehicles, you'll fit right in with our team. This role is ideal for technicians who want steady, challenging work on European platforms in a shop that respects proper diagnostic processes and invests in modern tools. As a European Automotive Technician, you will: Diagnose check engine lights and driveability concerns Perform brake, suspension, cooling system, and engine repairs Troubleshoot electrical issues using scan tools and wiring diagrams Perform factory-recommended maintenance services Use modern diagnostic equipment and OEM-level scan platforms Complete repairs accurately and efficiently Communicate findings clearly with service advisors Maintain clean and organized work habits Contribute to a professional, team-focused shop environment What We're Looking For Qualified candidates typically have: 1-3+ years professional automotive repair experience Experience working on European vehicles preferred Strong diagnostic mindset (not just parts replacement) Comfort using scan tools and service information systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pride in workmanship and attention to detail Valid driver's license Helpful but not required: ASE certifications Experience with BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW, Porsche, or Land Rover platforms Electrical diagnostic experience Programming or coding familiarity We offer competitive compensation based on experience: Top-tier pay for experienced technicians Signing bonus available for qualified candidates Paid training and certifications Health benefits PTO Specialty tool assistance Air-conditioned shop Weekends off and no late nights.
