We are hiring a Master Technician! Our business is growing and we are looking to hire a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and talented individual to join our team! A Master Technician is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repairs on all types of vehicles.Responsibilities include:
- Receive and carry out Repair Orders as dispatched
- Perform diagnostic services and troubleshoot to determine repair needs
- Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services
- Perform high-quality and efficient repair services for various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, by center and factory standards
- Perform quality control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation for repair services
- Maintain an organized, clean workspace and account for dealership and personal tools at all times
- Communicate efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department employees
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop expertise in industry-leading technologies and processes
Skills and Requirements:
- 3+ years of strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
- R&R Experience a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License in applicable state and a good driving record
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Candidate must have their own basic automotive tool set
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Strong mechanical & electrical diagnostic aptitude and willingness to learn with ongoing training
- ASE Certifications are strongly considered
- Physical strength and stamina to perform required repairs
