We are hiring a Master Technician! Our business is growing and we are looking to hire a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and talented individual to join our team! A Master Technician is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repairs on all types of vehicles.
Responsibilities include:
  • Receive and carry out Repair Orders as dispatched
  • Perform diagnostic services and troubleshoot to determine repair needs
  • Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services
  • Perform high-quality and efficient repair services for various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, by center and factory standards
  • Perform quality control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation for repair services
  • Maintain an organized, clean workspace and account for dealership and personal tools at all times
  • Communicate efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department employees
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to develop expertise in industry-leading technologies and processes
Skills and Requirements:
  • 3+ years of strong automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
  • R&R Experience a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License in applicable state and a good driving record
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Candidate must have their own basic automotive tool set
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong mechanical & electrical diagnostic aptitude and willingness to learn with ongoing training
  • ASE Certifications are strongly considered
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform required repairs
Salary:
$35/hour based on experience
