SERVICE WRITER / SERVICE ADVISOR
Martin Honda of Newark, DE is looking to hire an experienced Honda service advisor.

Job Description Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns, reviewing their account information for accuracy, generate descriptive repair orders Educate clients about factory and dealer service recommendations Updating customers on the progress of their vehicles Providing accurate estimates and approvals and final billing invoices Reviewing paperwork with customers and provide a detailed exit interview Manage and resolve any customer grievances
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive Honda Service Advisor Must demonstrate a proven track record of consistently achieving high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores and strong sales performance Hold a valid driver's license Must be team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Must possess excellent communication skills Working with technicians to serve as a liaison between customers and our organization Adequate computer and typing skills Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
