Willis Chevrolet, Inc. is looking for all skill level Automotive Service Technicians to join our busy and growing service department in Smyrna, Delaware. We are a family-owned dealership with a strong reputation for customer service and quality repairs. As a Chevrolet dealer, we service new Chevrolet vehicles as well as pre-owned vehicles of all makes and models. Compensation Flat Rate Pay Plan Starting equivalent of $25.00 to $50.00per hour , based on experience and qualifications Proficiency bonus of up to $ 4.00 per hour Training bonuses at $500.00 per technical certification Annual bonus based on flat rate hours turned throughout the year Sign on bonus based on skill level and paid after 6 months of continuous employment Benefits Competitive compensation Paid vacation and holidays Health insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with 4% match Ongoing training and career development Employee discounts Modern diagnostic equipment and tools Supportive team environment Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and drivability concerns Perform maintenance services according to manufacturer specifications Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues efficiently Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean and safe work area Work effectively with service advisors and other team members Qualifications Previous automotive technician experience required Strong diagnostic and repair skills ASE Certifications preferred GM/Chevrolet experience is a plus, but not required Master Technician-level experience strongly encouraged to apply Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Why Join Willis Chevrolet?
