We are looking for an experienced A-Level or Master Technician who takes pride in their diagnostic accuracy and wants to work with a team that has their back.

Paid strictly on the hours you produce. If you are efficient and skilled, you will thrive here. We primarily utilize Mitchell for booking hours.

An Honest, High-Volume Environment:

We earn our money the right way. We don't pad tickets or sell "2-hour brake flushes" that only consist of draining the reservoir. We sell real, necessary work, and we keep our bays full so you can turn hours cleanly and ethically. Schedule & Work-Life Balance This is a minimum 5-day-a-week position with a fixed schedule. Saturdays are mandatory (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). Because Saturday is one of our busiest, most critical days, we expect rock-solid attendance. To ensure you get your time off, you will have a designated weekday off (e.g., every Monday) to give you a consistent, consecutive two-day weekend. Our week day hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

Advanced Key Responsibilities Complex Diagnostics:

Perform advanced diagnostic routines on powertrain, electrical, HVAC, suspension, and drivability issues using modern scanning and scoping tools.

Major Repairs:

Execute high-level repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, and intricate electrical systems across a wide variety of vehicle makes and models.

Efficiency & Workflow:

Maintain a clean, safe workspace and collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate estimates and timely service delivery.

Continuous Learning:

Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, flashing/programming, and hybrid/EV systems as needed. What You Bring to the

Bay Proven Professional Experience:

Serious, hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician is strictly required . (Please do not apply if your experience is limited to an unrelated field or entry-level lube tech work).

Diagnostic Mastery:

You don't just swap parts; you can trace a wiring diagram, pinpoint a failure, and fix it right the first time. Tools of the

Trade:

A well-stocked tool box with the necessary tools to perform complex diagnostic and mechanical repairs.

Certifications:

An ASE Certification is a definite plus, but real-world capability, speed, and integrity matter most to us.
