We use top-tier diagnostic equipment and treat our team like family. We are looking for a dedicated industry ASE certified (preferably)professional who takes pride in their craft and their workspace. What You'll Do:
Accurate Diagnostics:
Perform thorough inspections and accurately diagnose vehicle issues on a variety of makes and models.
Quality Repairs:
Complete maintenance and repairs efficiently and safely without taking shortcuts.
Maintain Standards:
Keep your workspace, tools, and company equipment impeccably clean, organized, and safe.
Communication:
Clearly document your work and communicate with service advisors about recommendations. Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, tire replacement and fluid replacements to keep vehicles operating at peak performance. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic trouble codes to accurately identify issues Conduct vehicle inspections to assess mechanical conditions and recommend necessary repairs or services Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools efficiently and safely
What We're Looking For:
Active ASE Certification(s) Minimum of 2 years of verifiable automotive repair experience
Clean & Organized:
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a spotless and safe bay.
Dependable:
Clean driving record and valid Driver's License.
Equipped:
Must have your own tools and toolbox. Qualifications Proven service shop experience as an automotive technician with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance ASE Certification preferred Extensive mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions, and automotive electrical systems Skilled in using schematics for troubleshooting complex electrical or mechanical issues Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics equipment and auto estimating software Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
