In this energetic role, you will be the first line of support in maintaining and repairing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. Your mechanical expertise will help keep our customers' vehicles in top condition, providing reliable service that builds trust and satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to keep vehicles running smoothly Conduct vehicle inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements Use hand tools and power tools to perform mechanical repairs, alignments, and tire services with precision and care Diagnose automotive problems utilizing automotive diagnostics equipment and mechanical knowledge Assist with vehicle alignment procedures to ensure proper handling and tire longevity Support the team with heavy lifting and physical tasks required for maintenance and repairs Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process Experience Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred, demonstrating familiarity with service procedures Hands-on mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems and diagnostics Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices including oil changes, tire service, alignments, and general repairs Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent customer service skills Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during maintenance tasks Service technician experience is highly valued for this role Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering top-tier automotive care!
