We expect every technician to:
Perform thorough Multi-Point Vehicle Inspections (MPVIs) on every vehicle. Utilize photos and videos (multimedia) to clearly communicate vehicle conditions and build customer confidence. Make honest, transparent, and complete maintenance and repair recommendations based on the vehicle's actual needs. Work with urgency while never compromising quality or integrity. If you're willing to work hard, inspect every vehicle as if it were your own, and consistently uncover legitimate customer needs through a professional inspection process, we'll reward that effort with industry-leading compensation, performance bonuses, and abundant earning opportunities.
