In this energized role, you'll be responsible for performing precise wheel alignments, diagnosing suspension and steering issues, and ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer specifications. Your mechanical skills and attention to detail will help keep our customers' vehicles running smoothly and safely. We're looking for a motivated professional eager to excel in a fast-paced environment that values quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This paid position offers opportunities for growth, skill development, and working with a variety of vehicle makes and models. Duties Perform accurate wheel alignments on a wide range of vehicles, including front-end and four-wheel alignments using state-of-the-art alignment equipment Diagnose suspension, steering, and chassis issues utilizing automotive diagnostics tools and schematics Inspect and service related components such as shocks & struts, tie rods, ball joints, bushings, and control arms to ensure optimal alignment and vehicle handling Conduct tire service including rotation, balancing, and replacement to support proper alignment and vehicle safety Assist with brake repair, suspension repairs, oil changes, and other routine maintenance tasks to support overall vehicle health Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive electrical systems knowledge to perform repairs efficiently Read technical manuals and schematics accurately to troubleshoot complex mechanical or electrical issues on various vehicle platforms including GM vehicles Skills Proven dealership experience or automotive repair background with a focus on alignment services Strong mechanical knowledge of powertrain systems, transmissions, diesel engines, and automotive electrical systems Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration procedures for modern vehicles Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals for diagnostics and repairs Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive service technology Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Experience with auto estimating software is a plus but not required Knowledge of auto body repair processes is advantageous but not mandatory Join us in delivering exceptional automotive care that keeps drivers safe on the road!
