• Full-time Job Summary Costa Carts is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Golf Cart mechanic to join our growing production team.

This role involves assembling, upgrading, and customizing lifted and street-ready golf carts in a fast-paced shop environment. This is not basic repair work — our team builds high-quality, customized vehicles that require mechanical precision, electrical knowledge, and pride in craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Assemble new golf carts from chassis to completion Install lift kits, suspension systems, and wheel/tire packages Perform lithium battery and electrical component installations Install lighting kits, turn signals, and accessory wiring Mount seats, body panels, windshields, and trim components Inspect completed builds for quality control and safety standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow production schedules and meet build deadlines Qualifications Mechanical experience required (automotive, powersports, small engine, or similar background preferred) Basic electrical knowledge Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
