Position Description:

Ware seeking a motivated and dependable Entry Level Technician to join our dealership's Service Department. In this role, you will assist with basic vehicle maintenance, perform minor repairs, and support the service team to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This is a great opportunity to build a foundation for a long-term career in automotive repair and service.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery testing, and filter replacements. Conduct vehicle inspections and document findings accurately. Assist senior technicians with more complex diagnostic and repair work as needed. Ensure all work is completed to dealership and manufacturer quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Properly use dealership tools and equipment. Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding vehicle status and any additional service needs. Participate in dealership-provided training and certifications to advance technical skills. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Reports any safety issues immediately to management. Other tasks as assigned.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

High school diploma or equivalent required Completion or enrollment in an automotive technology program preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to qualify for employment. Pre-Employment testing includes a successful background check and drug testing.

Day Shift Education/Requirements:
