The ideal candidate is highly skilled, dependable, professional, and capable of working efficiently in a specialized environment focused on high-end, luxury, exotic, and performance vehicles. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on luxury, exotic, and performance vehicles Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and performance-related issues Conduct inspections and accurately document repair recommendations Maintain efficiency while producing high-quality workmanship Ensure proper handling and care of client vehicles, tools, and equipment Assist with mentoring junior technicians and apprentices as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization within work areas Follow all shop safety and operational procedures Qualifications Minimum 10 years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnostic experience required ASE Certification or equivalent professional certifications required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience working with luxury, exotic, European, or high-performance vehicles preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and organizational skills Professional demeanor and strong work ethic required Ability to efficiently manage workload and complete tasks on schedule Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Attributes Leadership mentality and team-oriented attitude Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, punctual, and accountable Career-minded professional seeking a long-term opportunity Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure Respectful handling of all client vehicles and shop equipment Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience, certifications, and skill level.
