Duties Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, and upsell menu items to enhance their experience Prepare and assemble food items following safety and sanitation standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet company guidelines Operate cash registers, handle cash and card transactions with precision, and perform cashiering duties efficiently •

MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS

•Cleaning outside patio area. Sweeping and cleaning tables throughout day and before close daily isanitizing workstations, wiping all stainless steel daily and at end of shift and managing waste disposal Maintain and clean food service rest rooms. Keeping clean and stocked throughout shift and shift end. Manage time effectively during peak hours to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards Assist with food safety practices by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols Support team members in food preparation, stocking supplies, and ensuring the truck remains organized and ready for service This is a job that requires flexibility and team work Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; culinary experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory counts Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a fast-paced environment like a café, grocery store, or restaurant is highly desirable Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed for food prep and stocking Join us in bringing delicious food directly to our community!
