In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will help keep production running smoothly, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across the facility. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for mechanical systems, technical problem-solving, and industrial maintenance to contribute to a thriving manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and high-voltage electrical components. Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills; execute repairs with precision using welding, welding techniques, and other mechanical tools. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), ammeters, ohmmeters, and precision measuring instruments to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults. Conduct field service activities such as replacing components on scissor lifts, low voltage systems, and industrial machinery to minimize downtime. Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams to facilitate accurate repairs and installations. Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop maintenance schedules that enhance equipment longevity and safety compliance. Support customer service efforts by providing technical assistance and ensuring equipment operates at peak performance levels.

$20.00 - $35.00 per hour
