Automotive Service Porter/Greeter

Braman Honda of Palm Beach is currently seeking Service Porters who are professional, responsible, detail oriented, and has the capability to multi-task in a busy dealership environment to join our team of professionals! The Service Porter position is the first contact the customer has with the Service Department.

Requirements:

 Valet/Porter experience preferred  Standard (stick shift) driving experience preferred  Excellent customer service skills  Must be able to perform basic meet and greet tasks for customer, assisting customers with various needs as necessary  Must represent the dealership in a professional manner  Must understand how and to whom to refer customers who bring problems to his/her attention  Must be able to walk, bend over, squat, kneel and stand in different locations throughout the dealership in support of customer requirements  Must maintain responsibility over all equipment used at the Greeter Desk  Responsible for bringing customer vehicles in and out of service bays to assist the technicians  Must be able to keep the service area clean and dispose of garbage as needed  Must be able to work Service Hours of Operation (40 hour work week) Monday - Friday, 7:30am- 6:00pm, Saturday, 8:00am-4:30pm.  Must be properly groomed, professional in presentation and in compliance with Dealership dress code Must be capable of passing background check, drug screening and possess a clean driving record.
