Duties Seeking an experienced Master Technician for a fast-paced automotive repair shop Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills required Must have strong electrical diagnostic knowledge and troubleshooting experience Ability to efficiently diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented work ethic Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to follow instructions and complete repairs accurately Experience with drivability concerns, engine repair, and general automotive service preferred Must maintain a clean and organized work environment Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills Looking for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and mechanical repairs. Electrical Extensive knowledge of diesel engine repair, powertrain components, auto body repair techniques, and maintenance procedures. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive service tools. Familiarity with GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus; experience working with automotive electrical systems is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
