Sandy Feet Vacation Rentals Maintenance Technician Sandy Feet Vacation Rentals Largo, FL | Pinellas County Area Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week $18 - $24 per hour (based on experience) Company Vehicle Provided Join a Fun, Fast-Moving Local Vacation Rental Team Sandy Feet Vacation Rentals is looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help take care of our beautiful vacation homes across Pinellas County. If you enjoy fixing things, solving problems, and working independently instead of being stuck in the same place every day, this could be a great fit. No two days are the same. You'll be helping keep our vacation homes in great shape so guests can enjoy a smooth, stress-free stay. What You'll Be Doing General home repairs and maintenance Helping keep properties clean, safe, and guest-ready Troubleshooting basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues Handling quick fixes and occasional emergency calls Working with a supportive local team when needed What We're Looking For Handy, dependable, and good at problem solving Some maintenance, construction, or repair experience preferred Able to work independently and manage your day Friendly, professional attitude when working around guests or homes Valid driver's license required What We Offer $18-$24/hour based on experience Company vehicle during work hours Full-time year-round work Variety every day (no boring routine jobs) Supportive, growing local company Opportunities to learn new skills Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) Some weekend on-call rotation for emergencies Why Join Us?
