This position combines customer service, rental sales, vehicle cleaning, and lot management responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining vehicles, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Rental Agent Duties Greet customers and assist with vehicle rentals and returns Verify driver's licenses, insurance, and rental qualifications Process rental agreements and payments Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection products, and accessories Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate rental records and documentation Vehicle Service Attendant Duties Wash, vacuum, and clean rental vehicles to company standards Perform basic vehicle inspections and 10-point quality checks Fuel vehicles and check fluid levels Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot Transport vehicles between locations when needed Ensure vehicles are rental-ready and presentable at all times Report vehicle damage or maintenance concerns Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 21 years old Ability to drive various vehicle types including cars, SUVs, vans, and trucks Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Previous customer service, car wash, detailing, or rental experience is a plus but not required Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Weekends and holidays may be required Flexible scheduling available Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Performance bonuses and commission opportunities Employee rental discounts Paid training Growth and advancement opportunities Why Join Us?
