Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models, including Asian, Domestic, and European brands. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality repairs the first time. Responsibilities Perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs. Diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, mechanical, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC systems. Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, fluid services, tire rotations, and factory scheduled maintenance. Utilize diagnostic scan tools and service information systems to accurately identify vehicle faults. Repair and replace engines, transmissions, cooling systems, suspension components, and electrical systems. Perform alignments and suspension repairs. Conduct thorough quality control inspections after repairs. Document findings, repair recommendations, and completed work accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Communicate effectively with service advisors and management regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs. QualificationsRequired Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience. Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to perform repairs independently. Own professional hand tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred ASE Certifications. Experience with European a plus Experience using advanced diagnostic equipment. Familiarity with factory service information systems.
