The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive service and mechanical knowledge, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire services, automotive repairs, and maintenance tasks while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Duties Perform tire services including installation, rotation, balancing, and alignment. Conduct routine automotive maintenance and repairs using power tools and diagnostic equipment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and offering solutions to their automotive needs. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues efficiently. Assist in heavy lifting of tires and other automotive components as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and sales opportunities. Qualifications Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Proficiency in using power tools and performing mechanical tasks. Knowledge of tire service procedures and automotive systems is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of job responsibilities. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Sales experience is a plus but not required.
