What You'll Do Greet customers and build trust from the first interaction Perform vehicle walkarounds and identify customer concerns Present maintenance and repair recommendations with confidence Follow up on estimates and unsold work Communicate effectively with technicians and customers Maximize Average Repair Order (ARO) while maintaining customer satisfaction Manage appointments and workflow efficiently Deliver a professional experience that earns repeat business and referrals What We're Looking For
