Overview DriveCenter Complete Auto Care is hiring an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Ocala, FL. We are a family-owned shop serving the community since 1991, and due to continued growth and strong workflow, we are looking to add another experienced technician to our team. We offer $25-$40/hr flat rate based on experience, skill level, and production, plus bonus opportunities. Our technicians consistently produce strong flagged hours with steady workflow, and we are focused on quality repairs, efficiency, and long-term growth. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently Perform brakes, suspension, alignments, tires, oil changes, maintenance, and general repairs Complete vehicle inspections and communicate recommended repairs clearly Work with service advisors and team members to keep vehicles moving Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Focus on quality repairs, efficiency, and low comebacks Follow shop procedures and document repairs properly Requirements Automotive repair experience required Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair ability preferred Experience with brakes, suspension, tires, alignments, maintenance, and general repair Valid driver's license Own tools preferred ASE certifications are a plus, but not required Reliable, professional, and team-focused Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Why Join DriveCenter Family-owned since 1991 Steady workflow and strong technician productivity $25-$40/hr flat rate based on experience, skill level, and production Weekly production bonus opportunities Paid time off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with matching Paid training Employee discounts Opportunities for advancement We're looking for someone who wants more than just another job.
