Salary Range:

Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers. Proficiency with automotive shop management software and general computer skills. A customer-first attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy shop environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon arrival, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately record repair requests. Provide clear, detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, including estimated costs and timelines. Generate repair orders and maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in our shop management system. Effectively communicate with the technician team to understand repair progress and any potential issues. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with completed work and to schedule future maintenance. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by consistently delivering outstanding service and trust.
