Automotive Technician/Mechanic - Porsche Experience

Champion Motorsport Inc. is looking for a qualified technician to join our team. We are a success driven company that strives on teamwork, dedication, and the goal of surpassing our customers' expectations at every interaction. We are a full-service fabrication, installation, and maintenance shop specializing in Porsche vehicles, with an extensive range of aftermarket products and services installed and performed in-house. The qualified candidate should be able to work full time, be organized, highly detail-oriented, and have 3-5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of Porsche vehicles as a primary focus, with a secondary emphasis on other high end makes including (but not limited to) Lamborghini, Ferrari, and McLaren.

Responsibilities Include:

Diagnose and repair customer vehicles in a timely and accurate manner. Perform routine maintenance and repairs. Install aftermarket performance parts, ranging from exhaust systems and suspension parts to complete turbo upgrade packages and more. Work quickly and efficiently at all times to meet strict deadlines. Work closely with other team members when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid driver's license. MINIMUM of 3-5 years of experience as an automotive technician. Extensive knowledge of Porsche vehicles, parts, and diagnostic systems. Mastery of basic shop equipment such as vehicle lifts, alignment equipment, tire mounting/balancing equipment, etc. Fabrication skills. Strong troubleshooting skills. Strong team mentality and communication skills. Ability to work weekends when necessary. Must possess a full mechanic's tool set and be familiar with specialty shop tools. Independent thinker with the ability to work under pressure, solve problems on the fly, and meet strict deadlines. Complete detailed reports of all work performed. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be able to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
