The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, alignments, and other essential maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. Duties Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance Conduct tire services including rotations, balancing, and replacements Assist with vehicle alignments and other mechanical repairs as needed Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks Diagnose basic automotive issues and communicate findings to customers Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs Requirements Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background required Strong mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive diagnostics Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for vehicle maintenance Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during service tasks Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Experience in sales is a plus, as you may assist in promoting additional services A valid driver's license is required for test driving vehicles when necessary Join our team as a Lube Technician and contribute to delivering top-notch automotive services while enhancing your skills in a dynamic environment.
