Lube Technician/ Mechanic

Duties Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections quickly and accurately to keep vehicles in optimal condition Conduct alignments and tire services using specialized equipment to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety Diagnose automotive issues utilizing automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge to identify necessary repairs Use hand tools and power tools efficiently for repairs, maintenance, and component replacements Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake repairs, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety standards during all repair activities Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a solid understanding of automotive service procedures Strong mechanic experience with proficiency in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension components Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment for effective repairs Ability to lift heavy parts or equipment safely during maintenance tasks Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Sales aptitude to recommend additional services or products that benefit the customer's vehicle health and safety This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to advance their career in automotive service.
