Eras RV Resort is seeking a dependable and hardworking Maintenance & Grounds Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the property. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping and general maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine groundskeeping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscaping Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all common areas within the resort Conduct general maintenance and repairs throughout the property Replace and repair electrical breakers and troubleshoot minor electrical issues Repair and replace water spigots and address basic plumbing concerns Perform repairs and upkeep on park models and RV sites Identify maintenance issues and report larger repair needs Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored Assist with seasonal projects and property improvements as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related field preferred Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems Ability to use landscaping and maintenance tools safely and effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule:

Flexible scheduling available (Full-Time or Part-Time) Weekend availability may be required
