An IMPORT dealership in Florida is seeking a highly Automotive Service Advisor who is committed to providing exceptional customer service, fostering teamwork, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving continuous business growth. With a focus on excellence, progressive service center that values both our customers and our team members. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience for our valued guests. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is dedicated to delivering top-notch service.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assess their service needs with a focus on providing excellent guest service. Consult with guests about their vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services based on their needs. Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding service timelines, costs, and warranty coverage. Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address guest inquiries. Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of automotive systems and services. Customer-focused with a commitment to guest satisfaction. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
