Pool Service Technician Independent Work, Weekly route, Company Truck

In this role, you'll run your own pool route, drive your own company truck, and get paid based on performance, not just clocking hours. What You'll Do Responsibilities include cleaning pools, balancing water chemistry, checking equipment, and communicating with customers when needed. This is an independent, outdoor role. Most days typically run from 7:30 AM-1/2 PM once fully trained and up to speed. A typical week is Monday-Friday. No micromanaging. No office politics. Just get your work done and go home.

PAY & GROWTH

REQUIREMENTS
