Mechanic Mohadd Auto Trade 6345 Highway 92, Acworth, GA 30102 $600 a week - Full-time $600 a week - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of our production processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong foundation in industrial maintenance and mechanical systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced technology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment using precision measuring instruments, schematics, and electrical blueprints. Troubleshoot complex electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues utilizing tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and electrical diagnostics equipment. Maintain and repair programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial control systems, and low/high voltage electrical components to ensure seamless operation. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and engineering troubleshooting guides to diagnose faults accurately. Conduct welding (including welding), hydraulic system repairs, HVAC/R maintenance, and other specialized tasks to support manufacturing operations. Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks efficiently. Operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely while adhering to all safety protocols. Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting projects and implement solutions that improve machinery reliability. Support customer service efforts by providing timely repairs that minimize downtime and maximize production output. Follow all safety procedures related to high voltage systems, electrical work, and industrial maintenance practices. Experience Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or industrial environment with a focus on mechanical maintenance. Strong background in industrial electrician work, electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic systems, and reading electrical schematics or blueprints. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, HVAC/R systems, welding (including welding), hydraulics, and precision measuring instruments. Knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices including analysis skills for diagnosing complex issues quickly. Familiarity with field service operations involving equipment such as scissor lifts or similar machinery. Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing; additional language skills are a plus. Experience working with high voltage or low voltage electrical systems; military background is advantageous for disciplined troubleshooting approaches. Demonstrated ability to perform analysis using tools like ammeters or ohmmeters while adhering to safety standards for high voltage environments.
