Powerhouse Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing dealership group in Central Georgia. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional guest experience by serving as the primary point of contact between our service department and our customers. What You'll Do Greet customers promptly and professionally and assess vehicle service needs Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs, including timelines and costs Create, manage, and close repair orders accurately and efficiently Communicate updates to customers throughout the service process Work closely with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth workflow Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and transparently Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and CSI performance Follow dealership processes, compliance standards, and manufacturer guidelines Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay plan based on experience and performance Performance and production incentives Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Employee discounts Ongoing training and development opportunities Why Powerhouse Automotive Group? Requirements:
Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred (automotive dealership experience a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of automotive service and repair terminology Strong organizational and computer skills (DMS experience preferred) Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license
