This role is critical to delivering an exceptional guest experience by serving as the primary point of contact between our service department and our customers. Requirements:

Prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred (automotive dealership experience a plus) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of automotive service and repair terminology Strong organizational and computer skills (DMS experience preferred) Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license
