Your work directly impacts production efficiency by ensuring that all components are restored to optimal functional condition through precise diagnostic and repair techniques. Responsibilities Execute systematic cleaning and decontamination of automotive components to satisfy strict quality benchmarks. Perform comprehensive electrical and electronic system diagnostics to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Conduct preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs to extend the lifecycle of critical components. Analyze equipment failures and implement technical solutions to minimize downtime. Document all maintenance, cleaning, and repair activities to ensure full process traceability. Partner with production teams to optimize workflows and drive operational excellence. Uphold high safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated expertise in electrical and electronic system troubleshooting. Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in component repair. Proficiency in automotive manufacturing systems and industrial processes. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Skills Technical certification in automotive technology or related mechanical fields. Proven ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative environments. Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
