Requirements:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards. Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle concerns using modern diagnostic tools and equipment. Complete repair orders efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Document diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and completed work clearly and accurately. Work collaboratively with service advisors, parts personnel, and shop leadership to support efficient workflow. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with dealership and OSHA standards. Participate in OEM, technical, and ongoing training to stay current with evolving vehicle technology. Follow all dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned to support service department operations. Qualifications Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs appropriate to experience level. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate or hourly environment. Team-oriented mindset with professional communication skills. Ability to follow processes and safety procedures consistently. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Automotive technical school or related training preferred. Entry-level through experienced technicians encouraged to apply. ASE and OEM certifications are a plus and may impact compensation.
