Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking aseasoned 5 plus year skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks on vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and longevity. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive repair to grow their career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services on vehicles
• Inspect fluid levels and top up as needed
• Conduct tire rotations and tire pressure checks
• Complete basic automotive diagnostics to identify any potential issues
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with other service technicians to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair procedures is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Valid driver's license
