Responsibilities Conduct oil changes, fluid top-offs, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently to meet customer needs. Perform tire rotations, tire replacements, and wheel alignments with attention to detail. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to service vehicles quickly and accurately. Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as brake inspections, fluid leaks, and light repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times. Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle's service needs and recommended maintenance. Support the team in identifying additional service opportunities through friendly customer interactions. Skills Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred., but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, oil change procedures, alignment services, and tire work is a plus. Proven ability to perform vehicle maintenance efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for every client. Ability to lift heavy objects safely during routine tasks and maintain physical stamina throughout shifts. Service technician experience combined with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills is a plus.
