Job Description

We are looking for Experienced Technicians to help grow our booming service department and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace, be either Toyota Certified or have multiple ASEs. Our technicians make above average pay and get the opportunity to turn well over 40 hours per week. Our service department is state of the art, fully air conditioned, brand new lifts and ready for you to join our team! What We Offer Competitive pay Highly productive shop Uniforms Paid training Clean and professional work environment Full medical benefits 401K with match Life insurance Disability Responsibilities Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership - familiarizing yourself with the service department & procedures Assist Service Advisor in test-driving vehicles, and testing components and systems. Know how to use diagnostic tools and special service equipment Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Qualifications Ability to identify the problem quickly Good knowledge of automobiles Effective analytical and communication skills Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment High School Diploma or GED Technical degree preferred ASE certifications preferred Minimum of 3 years experience Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic Computer Skills Positive, friendly attitude Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license Pass a Background, Drug and MVR Check
