Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as an Oil & Lube Technician, where your skills will drive vehicle performance and customer satisfaction! In this energetic role, you'll be the go-to expert for oil changes, tire services, alignments, and routine maintenance. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on expertise will ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and safely, keeping customers happy and on the road. Duties Perform oil changes using various types of motor oils and lubricants, ensuring proper procedures and safety standards are followed Conduct tire rotations, replacements, and tire service inspections to optimize vehicle handling and safety Execute wheel alignments to manufacturer specifications for improved vehicle stability and tire longevity Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic repairs, maintenance tasks, and inspections Assist with vehicle maintenance services such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and light mechanical repairs Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools and report findings accurately Support the service team with general maintenance tasks to ensure the shop operates smoothly and efficiently Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with vehicle service procedures Hands-on mechanic experience with automotive diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical components Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling tires or vehicle parts Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to learn new skills in automotive maintenance and sales opportunities Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to advance their career in automotive service.
