What You'll Do:

Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs Clearly explain repair and maintenance recommendations Build lasting relationships with customers through trust and transparency Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure smooth repair order flow Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Maintain a high level of CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Service Advisor is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment Basic automotive knowledge is helpful DealerBuilt experience a bonus (not required)
