Service Advisor Responsibilities:

Generating repair orders, selling diagnostic procedures and repairs, then delivering vehicles to the customers once the service has been completed. Answering phones and communicating with potential and current customers throughout the day. Project manage every one of the repair orders that you are responsible for from start to finish including verifying the correct parts are ordered and received along with verifying correct labor times prior to the sales presentation. For the right candidate, this position has the opportunity to grow into a management/leadership position in the form of a Store Manager. Experience with Tekmetric point-of-sale system and digital vehicle inspections is a plus.
