Job Overview Auto Gallery Mall of Georgia is seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep vehicles running smoothly and efficiently, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for mechanics with dealership experience and a passion for automotive repair to thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and efficiently Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and vehicle inspections Repair and replace faulty components using hand tools and power tools, ensuring high-quality workmanship Service vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and engine repairs Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks like tire service, wheel alignments, and fluid top-offs Maintain detailed records of repairs performed and communicate findings clearly to customers or service advisors Support the dealership's customer service standards by providing professional guidance and timely updates on vehicle status Skills Proven dealership experience with automotive repair and service technician roles Strong mechanical knowledge of various vehicle systems and components Proficiency in automotive diagnostics tools and techniques Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and specialized automotive equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during maintenance tasks Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism Knowledge of sales processes related to recommending additional services or repairs when appropriate This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about automotive technology, eager to develop their skills further, and committed to delivering top-tier service.
