Nationwide Compensation:
$70,000 to $90,000 Base Salary (Negotiable)

All Travel Expenses Covered About the Company Our client is a premier builder of custom classic vehicles, combining modern performance, technology, and craftsmanship to create one-of-a-kind automotive experiences for an exclusive clientele. Their customers include successful entrepreneurs, executives, professional athletes, celebrities, and collectors who expect exceptional service and attention to detail. Position Overview This is not a typical field service role. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Traveling Technician who can provide both expert mechanical service and a first-class customer experience. You will travel nationwide to service, diagnose, repair, and update custom vehicles at client homes, private collections, storage facilities, and events. As the primary face of the company in the field, you will represent the brand directly with high-profile clients while delivering exceptional technical expertise and professionalism. This position is based in the Buford, GA area and candidates should reside within commuting distance of headquarters. What You'll Do
  • Travel nationwide to perform service, warranty repairs, diagnostics, and vehicle updates
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
  • Perform inspections during every service visit
  • Complete repair documentation and service records accurately
  • Coordinate with internal service and parts teams before travel
  • Utilize diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Follow all safety procedures and protect client vehicles and property
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients and their properties
  • Serve as the on-site representative of the company during all customer interactions Customer Experience Responsibilities
  • Deliver a white-glove customer experience during every service visit
  • Communicate clearly before, during, and after appointments
  • Explain repairs and recommendations in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
  • Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor
  • Handle client concerns with urgency and professionalism
  • Treat client homes, garages, and vehicles with exceptional care and respect
  • Escalate customer concerns promptly when necessary What We're Looking For
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
  • Experience troubleshooting complex electrical and vehicle systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable interacting with high-net-worth clientele
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to adapt quickly while traveling and working in unfamiliar environments Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Clean credit history
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Computer proficiency and experience with service documentation
  • Ability to lift equipment, bend, kneel, and work in varying weather conditions
  • Valid U.S. passport or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
  • Must be eligible for both domestic and international travel Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Ford Broncos, classic vehicles, restorations, or restomod builds
  • ASE certifications or equivalent technical training
  • Experience in luxury automotive, private aviation, hospitality, yachting, or concierge service environments
  • Previous experience servicing high-profile or high-net-worth clients
  • Significant business travel experience Travel Expectations
  • Travel approximately 60% to 75% of the time
  • Typical schedule consists of departing Monday afternoon and returning Friday afternoon during travel weeks
  • Comfortable navigating airports, rental cars, hotels, and changing travel schedules
  • International travel may occasionally be required
  • Some weekend and holiday travel may be required based on customer needs Compensation and Perks
  • $70,000 to $90,000 base salary, negotiable based on experience
  • Monthly performance incentive up to $750
  • All airfare, hotels, rental cars, fuel, parking, and travel expenses covered
