Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician, where your hands-on skills and mechanical expertise will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers happy! In this energetic role, you'll perform essential vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs, ensuring every car leaves our shop in peak condition. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a fast-paced environment focused on delivering exceptional automotive care and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks with precision and efficiency Conduct tire services including rotations, replacements, and balancing to ensure optimal vehicle performance Assist with wheel alignments and brake inspections to maintain safety standards Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs and maintenance tasks accurately Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools and report findings for further repair needs Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance procedures Experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment effectively Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during tire changes or parts replacement Knowledge of oil change procedures, alignment processes, tire service, and general automotive service standards Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail and safety protocols Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various vehicles if needed Join us as a Lube Technician and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to keeping vehicles on the road safely!
