Job Description
Join the Team at Nissan of Cumming Nissan of Cumming is seeking a customer-focused, motivated Service Advisor to join our growing service department. As the primary point of contact between our customers and service team, the Service Advisor plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping customers maintain their vehicles safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines Create repair orders and communicate repair timelines effectively Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the service process Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely completion of repairs Review completed repairs with customers and explain services performed Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns professionally Monitor repair order progress and follow up on outstanding work Assist in achieving departmental sales, CSI, and retention goals Maintain accurate records and utilize dealership management systems effectively Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair services Experience with dealership software and repair order systems is a plus Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license required What We Offer Competitive compensation package Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Ongoing training and professional development Advancement opportunities within a growing dealership Supportive team environment and strong leadership Why Nissan of Cumming?
